Given the huge scope and the short timescales for the problems that Socelor is trying to address, we feel the need to expand as quickly as we can expand. With 75 million workers to be displaced over the next five years if they don’t have the right skills, we won’t be in a position to offer everyone help, but we have a vision to help as many people as possible.

This means that we will have to develop as many avenues for learning as possible in as short a time as possible. We can do this, but we will need your help.

With some Socelor training behind you, you will be in a position to help us as part-time facilitators. You can continue learning your advanced cognitive enablers while evaluating the progress of your peers as they learn the same things. The idea will be for you to move seamlessly from a part-time facilitator to a full-time employee at Socelor as soon as you are ready and as soon as we are convinced that you have developed your skill set well enough to take a leading role with us.
